What is your Return policy?

If you are not happy with your print products, please Contact Us .

You should message us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will work to replace your print. Including the below information will help us to resolve things quickly.

  1. Your name

  2. A detailed description of the problem

  3. Your order number

  4. Some pictures of the issue

If your print product has a defect or damage we will replace it. We may ask for the damaged print to be returned to our printer so that we can work to keep the issue from happening again.

Shipping

Currently, Shipping is limited to the United States and Canada via USPS or UPS.

Shipping times

Prints will be shipped and delivered within 7-14 days of your order being placed. Current orders may be delayed due to pandemic postal conditions.

All the art is printed with the highest of quality standards. Kaitlin has been working with printers who print and ship art to Fine Art Galleries around the world. Museum Archival quality materials are used in each step to make sure your art lasts for the next 100 years or more.
